How to increase resistance on your new Roll N’ Flex:
Beginners may want to release the tension by starting with a longer range and increasing resistance as the workout regimen becomes more intense. To do so, turn the unit upside down… grab the rubber cord on each end and twist between the knobs to the desired tension. The rubber cord should be evenly tightened for even resistance. For a more relax or beginner work out, unwrap to decrease the resistance.
